Description
Structural Integration - is a term coined by Dr. Ida P. Rolf to discribe her life's work, later nicknamed Rolfing. The Rolf Method is a holistic system of body re-alignment and movement education. It systematically releases patterns of stress and impaired function. Clients report postural improvement, less pain, better sleep, less anxiety, and feeling younger. Medical Qi Gong (energy medicine) is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is more than 10,000 years old and recently has been subjected to thousands of studies in China, the United States and Canada reaffirming its efficacy in treating anything from the common cold to cancer. Qi Gong involves meditation, physical movement exercises, and Qi(energy) healing treatments. Prescriptions (exercises) are given after the treatment to facilitate the healing.
